Today was a big day for Fitnique and for me personally. I’ve been working on an ebook that is a complete reflection me and my teaching style. I wanted to test my theories, concepts and techniques before I published my book, so I asked my Facebook audience for 3 volunteers to read my book, apply the concepts and give me honest cut throat feedback. What do they get in return? 12 weeks of customized online personal training from yours truly. I was shocked when I had so many responses in just a few hours of posting my request. I couldn’t say no to #4, 5, 6 or 7. Today, those 7 amazing girls that volunteered to be my guinea pigs started their programs! Each of them are have their own history, body type, lifestyle, career, family, opinions, vices and struggles and I’m so honored that they put their trust in me to help them and guide down a healthier path. So what makes my Ebook different than every other fitness Ebook out there? I don’t focus on just the now or just the next 12 weeks. I don’t dish out standard programs and meal plans and say “here you go now change your lifestyle!” My entire focus of my business and my book is providing the tools and foundation that a person needs in order to succeed long term and in this case forever. I walk you through the planning phase where you establish your readiness stage and you don’t move on until you are absolutely ready. Then I show you how to make the right program for you. I educate you on the why not just the what. Most importantly, it doesn’t stop after the program. I give you the tools you need to continue well past the program. It’s not just about doing a program…it’s about making a lifestyle change and incorporating a thousand other programs throughout your life. This has been something I’ve wanted to do for so long and I’m so blessed to finally have the chance to do it! These fabulous 7 women and me are going from Start to Fit together!
